Service Description
Aldy AI provides automated voice intake services for property management companies. Our service answers tenant maintenance calls 24/7, provides troubleshooting guidance, and delivers structured escalation reports to designated property management contacts. Service features, availability, and pricing are discussed during the demo and onboarding process.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
Payment Terms
Pricing for Aldy AI services is customized based on your property portfolio size and specific requirements. Pricing details, billing cycles, and payment terms are established during the demo and contract negotiation process. All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, you may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at aldy.agent@gmail.com to discuss your specific situation.
Intellectual Property
The Aldy AI name, logo, website content, and service technology are the property of Aldy AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Aldy AI is not a substitute for professional emergency services. In case of life-threatening emergencies, users should contact 911 directly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aldy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aldy AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new revision date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
